INSTANTCOM TO CHANGE OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT
Zagreb, 04.07.2006. On general assembly today, InstantCom shareholders appointed Vjekoslav Nesek as InstantCom’s Managing Director. Company co-founder and former Managing director Damir Sabol will transfer all of its shares to Mr. Nesek and will no longer be connected with the company.
Vjekoslav Nesek is a mobile technology pioneer and enthusiast with proven entrepreneur skills in mobile industry. Mr. Nesek's mobile expertise and InstantCom employee experience and proven record in mobile application development will lead the development and implementation of next generation mobile applications and services for mobile operators.
"Our mission is to focus InstantCom exclusively to mobile application development world and bring innovative next generation applications to mobile operators in Central and Eastern Europe region.", said Mr. Nesek.

InstantCom's game Undercover Agents is winner of second place award on Nokia ConnectCoder N-GageTM Game Battle Competition. The ConnectCoder N-Gage Game Battle provided an opportunity for game
